The boyfriend wanted to go to Walgreens for snacks. He wasn’t supposed to, as he was on a diet.
I said, “If you get snacks, you buy me nail polish.”
I came home with two bottles of nail polish.
That is the story of how I acquired Wet ‘n Wild Craze nail polish in Shield.
It’s a pretty color but I wasn’t too excited once I applied it. I’m not sure it works all that well with my skin tone. I was also hoping for something brighter. It’s a lot duller than I’d expected.
As you can see from the close-ups, it’s a shimmery metallic pewter gold with tiny flecks of copper.
Maybe it’ll grow on me. What do you guys think?

Ooh, you know what, I wore that color on my toes after I got it last winter and loved it! Haha! For some reason, I didn’t like it on my fingers, but liked it on my toes. Hope it grows on you! Your nails are pretty darn perfect, by the way.

I borrowed this from a friend and loved it so much she just tossed it to me and said take it. I love the foil finish and barely there red/green glitter…
hahaha I just got this nail polish and LOVE IT!!! There’s also a really pretty dupe of it, that I found at Nordstrom Rack, it’s called Pedal to the Metal, I think the brand starts with an S. But it’s basically the only brand sold at Nordstrom Rack, it’s gorgeous and a little more cool toned than this, you should check it out
