Good job finding a new place on such short notice! That must’ve been so frustrating. I actually wouldn’t mind living adjacent to a bar but the lack of privacy would’ve sent me over the edge. I would’ve become an alcoholic for sure…maybe that’s the whole point….it’s a conspiracy! Also, racist troll kid will get his just-desserts; he seems way too unstable to survive. Has he been constantly bothering you even after that one incident you told us about (where he was yelling vulgar things at you and you put him in his place)?

Yay! I shuddered at the idea of not having sound-proofing home. My apartment does not have really good sound-proofing and I pretty much can hear my neighbor coming in and out of the apartment. But on second thought, you can always have loud s*x to make up to the lack of sound-proofing, right? Right?
