Gorgeous scarf! I find my local yarn shop to be really expensive, too! Once upon a time, I went there and they sold Brown Sheep yarn for 8-9 dollars/skein! Bella bossed you around again, smart cat!

lol! I love your cat! The cute flower buttons are a nice touch and the colors are really nice too. Good yarn is sooo expensive but sooo worth it in the end. I hesitate to grab any expensive ones because I really, really suck at knitting/crocheting.

The buttons are a cute touch on the scarf. I didn’t realize how Neopolitan it looked because there’s so much pink in it. So when are you opening a shop? ;)

OK, how long did it take you to learn how to knit, did you take any classes, and how do you have the patience to do all of that because I tried and I couldn’t make heads or tails of the instructions. I really want to knit myself a pair of long fingerless gloves because it’s way too cold in the library (so cold my arms actually turn purple–attractive!), but I don’t know where to start. And your scarves are gorgeous and touch off major scarf envy in me. A scarf would also be good for the library. I have scarves, but I don’t have beautiful, thick, handmade, cable-knit ones. Any recommendations for a hopeless beginner like me?

what a cute scarf! and I meant to comment on your other post about your scarf/hat, which are both adorable as well :)

I love the Dream in Color yarns for special projects. I love the cables. What cable pattern did you use? Anyway, it’s a beautiful scarf!

I’m a new follower and I just wanted to say I love your blog.

This scarf is so beautiful! I’m interested in learning how to knit and I’ve been inspired by your work. :)

What pattern did you use? It would be great if you could do a tutorial one day.
I’m sure there’s a bunch of us who would love to see it!

    Take care!

I am Alienman. This is my blog. I have sensitive acne-prone combination dry skin with an oily T-zone. Yea, my skin sucks. I have bulgy fatty monolids (aka single eyelids). I hate expensive over-hyped products that don't work. My female readers apparently dig my bewbs.
