I discovered that wearing Sinful Colors in Call You Later over China Glaze Medallion is redundant. It just looks like Call You Later by itself, but with more chunkier gold.
Call You Later is a clear polish with fine gold shimmer and larger chunks of green glitter. It just occurred to me that this would be the perfect thing for Oregon Ducks fans. Suddenly, I don’t want to wear this anymore, lol. I’m kidding. Kind of. Well, Ducks fans, you can pick this up at your nearest Walgreens or Fred Meyers.
On the ring finger, I’m wearing Call You Later over China Glaze Devotion. I think China Glaze and Sinful Colors are becoming my two favorite brands.
Here is what the rainbow scarf looks like after it got ruined.
It turned into a scratchy, fuzzy rug.
I was working on another scarf for my dad and I decided to give that to my advisor instead. I made this and the boyfriend’s muffler with Plymouth Encore Chunky yarn, using size 11 needles. The label advises using size 10′s but I tend to knit very tightly and need to go up a size.
Blue one for Lyllye. Grey one for the boyfriend.
The yarn is a mere $5.50 per skein but it’s great for people with sensitive skin like mine. It’s thick, soft, warm and feels great.
The boyfriend really likes it. He's been wearing it indoors and just about everywhere we go. I told him to put on a sad puppy-dog face for this picture.
I really need to stop knitting for a while. My hands and wrists are cramping like crazy. At the same time, I want to keep going. I want to make more, more, MOAR!!!

awww i really want to pick up knitting again, but am not sure i remember how. teaching myself how to crochet was a pain in and of itself… teach meeee alienwomaaaaaan T_T well.. maybe after the wedding, it’d be horrible of me to pick this hobby up now

Those scarfs look nice! I’ve always been hesitant to wear scarfs and sweaters b/c of my sensitive skin. Believe it or not, cashmere is not an option for me – it STILL makes me itch.
