GAH! My drive to Lake Oswego was a big fail. I had errands to run up there but had to turn around at Willamette Valley Vineyards and drive all the way back when I realized I had left at home an important item, without which the errand would be impossible to achieve. So, it looks like I’ll have to do another round trip up and down the two-hour drive tomorrow (which, by the time this entry gets published, would be today).
The post-game traffic was ridiculous, only adding to my distaste for all things football. Some couple was tailgating me like crazy in the densely packed I-5, and I’m not too comfortable with having my ass only figuratively kissed. When the traffic came to an abrupt halt and I stopped, the tailgater had to swerve to miss me and ended up stopping off the road, just beside me. Um, hello! Two-second rule! Grr!
Enough road-raging, though. At least I have an FOTD to share with you guys. To suit the trickle of autumn that I’ve begun to feel, I decided to go for a dramatic matte red lip. At first, I thought I’d do the same black eyeliner but thought it’d brighten it up with navy blue instead. Cuz, you know, I’m a rebel like that, rawr!
This is the same upper-eyelid eyeliner technique as my most recent eyeliner tutorial for monolids, except I drew the tail thicker and longer and, obviously, the eyeliner color is different. So, yes, you CAN do a more noticeable eyeliner with this technique
