Sorry about the late late reply. I just got back from vacation and I’ve also just remembered I have a blog haha.

I try to mind my own business when it comes to permanent cosmetic solutions. If it were me, though, I would personally steer clear of eyeliner tattoos because I like having the option of changing eyeliner colors or not wearing any at all. Then again, I know pretty much nothing about cosmetic tattoos. I don’t know if they require frequent maintenance or if they could lead to scarring. I don’t know if they still look like those awful bluish-black sharpie lines I’ve seen on older Asian women. Technology might have advanced in ways that allow for better wearability and variety.

Now, if you were to ask me whether I’d get a tattoo done even if it was super subtle and only semi-permanent, I’d still probably say no. It still sounds scary haha and I like being a chameleon. However, that’s my choice for myself and I wouldn’t hold it against anyone if they’ve made the opposite decision for themselves.

I have to ask..would you recommend monolids to get upper eyeliner cosmetic tattoo ..just thin natural one?

thx for the info…. n i hav hav monolids… sometimes my frens wud be lik do u have eyelashes cuz of ma monolids….. i doe particularly love or hate them…. but i certainly don’t want to change them… that’s how i was born with n i rather not change cuz the ppl say its unattractive or w/e

love this! what i do is i use a eyeliner brush (the angled ones) and i apply a smokey gray/black shadow in a thick line close to my lashline. the thickness should show up when you open your eyes. then i just line close to my lashline with a black liner (that actually shows up! lol) on the top, and line the outer third of my lower lashline with black. then i do what you do with the sparkly white and stuff. it really makes a difference!

I love your monolids. It's very unique, and makes one stand out from the crowd. I think it's hot. The American supermodels like Hye Park have monolids, and she is so gorgeous!!! (: monolid sisters unite!! =P

I’m glad you guys like this tutorial! I really do hope it serves as an alternative to the thick eyeliner look that many MUAs resort to because they simply don’t know how to do monolid makeup. I also hope that this becomes only one of many alternatives that monolids will come across in the future!
