it happens..once I noticed I had a white strand of hair!!
Oh dude, I have this chronic strand of white hair. It’s crazy, I’ve plucked it out at least 3 times, but it keeps growing back.. in the same place… and it’s white EVERY TIME.

I’m sure it’s just stress since you only have one strand! Maybe it’s not even a grey hair?? Sometimes I see strands of light-coloured hair in my hair… and I think it’s a grey/white hair but really it’s just some random blonde strand (and no, it’s not dye of any kind since I’ve never dyed my hair!).
don’t worry! everyone has one (or a few!!!) of those…. i’ve started to learn to ignore the irritating one that ive got now.. haha!
I mentioned before on NB that I’m going grey. People don’t seem to notice until they hear me complain about it. People think my hair is just really shiny, maybe the curliness of my hair is hiding it. When it gets bad i’ll dye it.
I consider myself lucky, some of my family on my dads side had a full head of grey before they turned 21.

oh man. I remember my first grey/whiteish hair.
I was sitting in Tim Hortons (Canadian Coffe Shop) when out of the blue my friend tells me that she sees a white hair…I told her that isn’t possible…
than she reaches at my hair and plucks something out.
I truly believed it was one of my blonde highlights…
so we compared it to my black jacket.
It was white.
And now I stay away from my friends crazy sharp eyes, in fear she will find more. lol

Sometimes its just one of those things, a glitch in your body caused by a slight change in diet or lifestyle that causes one little follicle to get confused and decide to walk to the beat of its own drum and go white or grey..

Condition your hair with AMLA POWDER once a week and it should take care of grey hairs (lemon and coconut oil rubbed into scalp is good for preventing greys too)
I found my first strand of grey a bit over 3 years ago, at the early stages of my PhD. I tell ya, it’s stress.
(I don’t know if plucking it really helps. Isn’t there a saying, pluck one and three will come to its funeral?)
(And please don’t dye your hair blonde… I have yet to see an Asian looking nice with blonde hair… it always looks like hay to me.)
aww thats okay! I have 3 white hairs near the top of my head, and the bf complains because he says they’re so obvious (because I’m short haha). I still leave them in though instead of removing them
