I've racked up about $26 on ebates but haven't gotten anything yet. Hopefully I didn't accidentally throw away the check thinking it was junk mail or something!

Please do update us on your vitamin D/light therapy regimen! I recently got a SAD therapy lamp as well, and started taking vitamin D supplements a couple months ago. The light has been a huge help to me; I felt more energized the first couple days but still had the laziness/depressed feeling and junk food cravings until the third day of using the lamp. Perhaps it's too early to definitely tell, but I'll keep you updated on it.

Also, what do you think of your lamp? I had the same one a long time ago but it made me too nauseous and gave me headaches (I think it had to due with the blue color). I've heard the blue light is actually more beneficial to some people over others, but the white light lamps seem to work better for me, personally.

I'm totally going to make those pancakes the next time I have some whole wheat flour!

Yes, try making these, guys. Everything I made above is SOOOOO easy, even the most bumbling of novices could make them. That's why I could, LOL

Wanja-jun: It's a very easy recipe and I don't know why I was so intimidated to make this. The tofu-meatball is a very traditional dish in Korea and anyone who went to school in Korea could tell you about how they'd eagerly hope to open their lunch boxes to see those yellow wanja juns resting inside. Of course, my mother only packed me things that were "healthy" and leaked a lot.

Pancakes: I don't like regular pancakes, for some reason, but the whole wheat makes it takes more... wholesome?? The blackberry seeds were so big, though, and if I had blueberries, I would have opted for that instead. I've been tempted to make this everyday cuz it's so simple and easy.

Those look yummy! I'd like to try making the wanja-jun sometime, the bf loves Korean food.

Thanks for updating me :) Unfortunately thats not the case...i have only $5 as a signup bonus and 25 more in cash back. But I do have two separate ebates accounts (by accident), so i wonder if they're punishing me for that by not sending me any money! Oh and they suck at replying emails - no response to both my emails. Gah!
