Coated over with the Balm – Plump Your Pucker…. some sort of cherry flavor and color w/shimmer

Eyes

Browbone – Physician’s Formula Baked Sugar trio’s pearly white
All over top lid – Physician’s Formula Baked Sugar trio’s light pearly peachy color
Outer corner and lash line – Coastal Scents Rose Sparks eye shadow with damp cotton swab
Highlighted lid with same Baked Sugar trio’s peachy color but with a wet brush
Outer end of lower lash line – Prestige Eye pencil in Kiwi
Rest of lower lash line – Coastal Scents Platinum Pencil Me In
Mascaras – Cover Girl Fantastic Lash and Imju Fiberwig

Wanted to point out how I did the eyeliner(s) today for the upper lid. Today, I used a cotton swab and MAC Blacktrack Fluidline to tightline. Then I added only a tail at the very outer edge of the lash line using Almay brown liquid liner.

Sucks how my non-black eyeliners keep showing up black. Sorry about my awful photo-taking skills, guys.

The verdict on the two Coastal Scents products:

Rose Sparks Eyeshadow

I’ve used this both wet and dry; for the latter, I brushed off as much excess as possible in case of fallout. Either way, I didn’t end up with shimmer all over my face from the eyeshadow. I love the color and the amount of shimmer. It does lose some luster after an 8 hour shift of running around dressing up women at the store, but I still like how it looks even now.

I definitely would try more of their eyeshadows.

Platinum Pencil Me In

Neither of the eye pencils retained much of their initial crisp clean look – not that I expected it to when I had to work my butt off all day. Eye pencil on the lower lash line never fares as well as that on the upper lash line. The Pencil Me In smudged out, though there’s still a smear of it left. Of course, the Prestige Kiwi also smudged out and blended into the Platinum. Luckily, I don’t look like I have panda eyes… yet.

I’m still intrigued by all the skin-conditioning natural ingredients that the eye pencils comprise. I also like that all the colors come with their own lid sharpener. However, I don’t think I need a sharpener for every single eye pencil and, therefore, I’d rather save a few bucks and shop locally for Prestige or Rimmel eye pencils.
